Slide Board Store is a independent Sheffield-based board store owned by two guys with over 20 years of riding experience
between us. As well as this we bring our extensive experience in the big, bad world of the snowboard industry both as
sponsored riders and behind the scenes.
A Brief History
In 2002 we decided to create the kind of shop that we would like to buy our gear from. We started
out in a very small premises, but very quickly the operation expanded into our current location on Division Street in the
fantastic city of Sheffield. As well as having our extensively stocked and luxurious retail shop, we now
also operate a mail order business and this very internet based store.
Our Mission
We love boarding, and we aim to maximise the enjoyment you get from your riding, be it on snow, concrete or in the
water. Everything in our store is top-quality, and has been chosen by us as the the kind of gear we would like
to rock. Except for the bikinis, those look better on the girls.
We're pretty proud of our "Boarder Owned, Boarder Run" status, and the fact that we offer honest, friendly and
knowledgeable advice without the hard sell.
