Shipping Times

For our normal free UK mainland delivery service expect to receive your items within 3-5 working days. For Express deliveries we will get these out to you for the NEXT WORKING DAY provided you are able to get the order in to us before 12:30.

Very ocassionally there may be a slight delay, and if there is we'll let you know. Sometimes we go out of stock while items are still listed online - this is pretty rare, and if it happens we'll let you know right away and give you an idea how soon we can get items to you. And if you just don't wanna wait, we'll give you a full and quick refund!

Postage Costs

Slide is proud to offer free delivery to UK Mainland customers. Unfortunately we can't stretch to offering this to our international customers (and those in some parts of the Scottish Highlands, which are deemed non-mainland by the Royal Mail), but we'll try and make this up to you in some way. For international orders we'll contact you about any additional postage costs which can be paid for buy purchasing gift vouchers.

Slide now also offers an optional Express Delivery service at a flat-rate of £4.95 to mainland UK addresses.

Returns

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, we will happily provide an exchange, refund or credit to you at no charge. Simply contact us on 0114 270 6666, let us know what's gone wrong and we will give you a returns number.

We all change our minds from time to time, so if some reason you just aren't happy with what you've received we will be happy to arrange a refund or an exchange. Simply contact us on 0114 270 6666 within 14 days of receiving your goods, let us know why you want to make a return and we'll give you a returns number. Please note that goods must be returned undamaged and unworn in their original packaging with all tags, labelling, etc. attached and intact.

If you are returning goods because they are faulty then we will cover all postage costs. However if you are simply wanting to exchange items then we do require you to meet the return postage costs, and the cost of posting a replacement out to you. (Our free postage money pot only stretches so far, sorry!) We also reserve the right to make a charge of up to £10 to cover restocking on any non-faulty returns.

Important: for your own protection when returning goods, we do strongly recommend that you use a tracked, insured & signed for service. We can't be responsible for anything that gets lost in the post, so it makes sense to cover yourself if the worst should happen.

And last but not least ... we can't extend our normal 'no hassle' refund / exchange policy to sale items but obviously none of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer. No sir!
