We try and get all our telephone and internet orders out next day, and so far we've managed a 90%
success rate. Very ocassionally there may be a slight delay, and if there is we'll let you know. Sometimes we go out of stock
while items are still listed online - this is pretty rare, and if it happens we'll let you know right away and give you an idea how
soon we can get items to you. And if you just don't wanna wait, we'll give you a full and quick refund!
Postage Costs
To celebrate the arrival of our new store (and because we still haven't got our heads round the new postage charges),
we are currently offering TOTALLY FREE UK SHIPPING on ALL orders. Yes, you
read that right. Unfortunately we can't stretch to offering this to our international customers, but we'll try and
make this up to you in some way. And remember, this is a limited time offer so get in there before we figure out how the
new postal charges work!
Returns
We all change our minds from time to time, so if you just aren't happy with what you've received (or, of course, if the goods are faulty), give us a call on 0114 270 6666 for a returns number and we should be able to arrange a full, no hassle refund or exchange.
Goods can be returned for a refund or exchange if they are sent back to us within within 21 days, in new
condition, with the original packaging, labelling and tags attached, and with the original Slide receipt.
If you are returning goods because they are faulty then we will cover all postage costs. However if you are simply wanting to exchange items then we do require you to meet the return costs, and the cost of posting a replacement out to you. (Our free postage money pot only stretches so far, sorry!) For your own protection when returning goods, we do strongly recommend that you use a tracked, signed for service.
Finally ... we can't extend our normal 'no hassle' refund / exchange policy to sale items but obviously none of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer. No sir! |
